What is your service area?
We proudly serve Yankton and the surrounding areas, extending our reach about 45 miles from the city. If you have specific needs beyond this distance, feel free to reach out, as we are more than willing to make accommodations to meet your requirements. Thank you considering us for your service needs!
How much does your service cost?
We charge $125 for the first hour of labor and diagnostics, plus the cost of parts. Most repairs take about an hour from diagnostics to completion, with any additional hours billed at $75. For a more accurate estimate tailored to your situation, please give us a call, and we'll be happy to assist you!
What appliances do you work on?
We handle almost every appliance but we typically recommend replacing garbage disposals and microwaves for cost-effectiveness. Each repair is case by case so if you have any questions is best to call or text with any questions.
Do you charge for travel time?
We have 1 time charge of 1.25 per mile one way if outside of Yankton. You do not pay for both ways and if we have to make a 2nd trip for parts or repairs we do not charge it again.
How long do parts take to come in?
Parts typically take about 2 to 3 days arrive if they are in stock. They are ordered from Sioux Falls, but various factors may cause delays. We'll have a clearer idea of the timeframe once we determine which parts, if any, are needed.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
Recognizing that each job is distinct, I find that a phone conversation is often the most effective way to address your needs. During our discussion, I can usually provide a preliminary estimate to assist you in understanding costs and making an informed decision. Please note that I do not charge for these consultations, as my priority is to equip you with the necessary information your appliance repair or replacement. Even if repair isn't the right choice I want to be available for long term needs.
Do you warranty your repairs?
Our parts come with a warranty of 3 months, covering normal wear and tear. Please note that we cannot provide warranty coverage for any parts that have been misused or damaged by the customer
How can I pay you.
We provide a 30-day payment window, and we accept major credit cards, checks, Venmo, PayPal and ACH payments. Please note that a late fee will be charged for any payments not received within 30 days of the due date.
