How quickly can you come out?
We typically schedule service within a day or two of your inquiry. Same-day appointments may be available depending on the situation.
Will you fix it on the first visit?
About 50% of repairs are completed on the first visit. When parts need to be ordered, it typically requires just one return trip.
How much does a repair cost?
Our standard service call is $125, which covers diagnostics and up to 1 hour of labor. Parts are additional and always confirmed with you before we order. You'll never be surprised by a bill.
Do you service commercial equipment?
Yes! We service most commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers, display cases, and ice machines. If we can't fix it, we'll let you know at no charge.
Do you charge for travel?
For locations within Yankton, there's no travel fee. For locations outside of Yankton, a mileage charge of $1.50 per mile one way applies. Give us a call and we'll let you know what to expect.
