Warranty Policy
We stand behind every repair. Here's exactly what's covered — no fine print, no surprises.
Parts Warranty
All replacement parts installed by H & H Appliance Repair are covered for 90 days from the install date. If a covered part fails within this window, the replacement part may be covered at no additional cost.
Labor Warranty
Labor related to the completed repair is covered for 30 days from the service date. If the same issue comes back within 30 days, we'll come back and make it right at no additional labor charge.
What Happens Between 30 and 90 Days?
If a covered part fails after the 30-day labor warranty but within the 90-day parts warranty, the replacement part itself may still be covered. However, travel and labor for the return visit may be billed separately.
What's Not Covered
Misuse or Abuse
Damage caused by improper use, overloading, or physical damage to the appliance after the repair.
Power Issues
Failures caused by power surges, electrical outages, or faulty wiring in the home or business.
Clogged or Unmaintained Systems
Issues resulting from clogged drains, vents, or filters that haven't been properly maintained.
Unrelated Failures
New problems or failures unrelated to the original repair we performed.

Have Your Info Ready
We'll need your invoice number and the original service date to look up the repair.
We'll Take Care of It
If the issue is covered, we'll schedule a return visit and get it resolved.
Manufacturer Warranty on Parts
All replacement parts come with a manufacturer warranty (typically ~90 days). As a GE and Whirlpool authorized service provider, we can also perform manufacturer warranty repairs on those brands. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, let us know when you call — it may cover the repair at no cost to you.
